Can redacted images be recovered?
Pixelation destroys the original data outright, and strong Gaussian blur is equally irreversible. Avoid very low blur strength on sensitive content.
How is this different from a regular blur tool?
Privacy blur is systematic: more selection methods, stronger effects — built for screenshots and IDs where many spots must be hidden at once.
Are images uploaded?
No. Redaction runs entirely in your browser — screenshots and IDs never leave your device.
Is batch processing supported?
